Like in the English soccer leagues, where the bottom team of A-Division
switches places with the top team of B-Division, and so forth.
In Tampa's case, starting in late 1990, every two weeks they would
rotate the top 4 (2 front, 2 back) early gamers to the late games,
and vice-versa. I don't know how long they kept this up, but it's
an interesting concept.
Do you think anyone would dare try it again?
