Did not work then, will not work today. There was and still is such a disparity between early and late gamers, early gamers make no money when moved up (even if boleto was more) and they can't wait to go back down. There were no set rules as to what games late gamers would play, it should have been in the first 5 games, but usually they were put in games 4-9. The early gamers moved up, would start in the sixth game and end before the feature single and double games which if the system was correct they should have been playing in. The reason they did it was for the fans to have a better chance of winning on the moved down late gamers.And still the players manager controlled the player positions, which they could always and did manipulate to the benefits/detriments of certain players.
