#398 - Can Miami be made secure (safe) enough for a big influx of patrons?

I don't think it's just coincidence that most Miami performances are Matinees. There's something about daylight that makes things feel safer.

But, casinos are a 24-hour operation, and the people traffic will be (hopefully) much increased. More folks walking about at all hours with big wads.
