They will need good lighting and security around there - those crack addicts will know people have cash on them walking into the place at all hours of the day! And better signage is needed - from the highways and main streets to the fronton and back. There is none that I know of. Even Bridgeport Jai-alai was good about that, and back in the early 80s, that was about as bad as bad gets. I am sure a big part of the investement money will take care of that.
