#398 - Can Miami be made secure (safe) enough for a big influx of patrons?

I never understood why everyone complains about going there, the surrounding neighborhood is not that bad, you take a right out of the parking lot and in about 4 traffic lights, ur back on the highway. Its not like ur driving through neighborhoods, where are you guys from Beverly Hills.
