Theres not much that can be done because Miami Jai Alai is just in a bad area. You can make the building and grounds very secure but once you leave the premises you still have to travel through some not so nice areas no matter which direction you go. Once they put in the casino all jackpot wins should automatically come with a gun and numerous rounds of ammo so at least you can defend yourself when you get robbed.
