Dave Catina sold Rick Birdoff on running a 99 game, 2 man roster,
season!!!!!
Several players were "offered" this a couple of days
ago.
Dave Catina told them (and I quote) "We need to avoid paying
state fees, our intention is to run 99 games throughout 2013 without
receiving handle, once we deliberately do that, we will go back
to the state for 2014 (having proved we lost money) and the state
will have to waive the fees for 100 games for 2014"
One of the players who accepted this crap is Mateo!
There will be 5 games per "performance" to 5 points,
just 2 players.
Some players obviously refused this but there will be one other
idiot who will do it.
Doesn't this amount to deception or fraud?
Would the state be interested in this "plan"?
The nightly player pay is 50 bucks with 5 bucks as the "bonus"
per game!!!!!!

I have net this guy Steve Allen up at OJA and have seen him out
with the players. I believe this to be true!!!

Remember the guys in Ocala got $75,000 each, not $75. Why on earth
would these guys or anyone do this.
