Chris...I can't refute anything you said...I totally see where
you are coming from.
I've heard much more than I've let on, and nothing is good. The
current owner bought the property with the hopes of resale or
demolition and redevelopment for retail, and that is his choice,
just as if it were mine if I bought it. It was an investment,
with a lot of risk, given the nearby roadway will TOTALLY transform
the area. Everything is up in the air at this time as far as OJA
goes. Maybe I will decide to attend. I freaking love jai alai.
