I never thought Orlando would ever be mentioned in a similar way to Ocala, but it's official. What a shame. The new owners never really tried to push the jai alai. Jai alai needs to go,back to the old days with a change. One overall group of players who play seasonally at Miami, Dania and Orlando. Three months at each place, all simulcasting everywhere they can, and with such a stellar roster, fans would be much more inclined to attend and wager. Nothing else can save jai alai with frontons trying to run year round seasons. It's way overdone. I bet Dania will inherit the Citrus in years to come.
