The most unusual game program I've ever seen

And I've seen hundreds.
I recently acquired this gem. It's from Hartford '94, and is in
absolutely pristine condition. The owner had recorded the results
and point scoring in a hand which is so precise, it almost looks
like it was typeset. Alignment is perfect, cross-outs are done
with ruled lines. It's not done with a stencil, 'cause the characters
aren't identical, just close.
This wasn't done by someone scribbling at his seat during the
performance. Nor is it the fronton's archival copy. I've seen
a bunch of those, too, and there's no way they would spend the
time to do this.
What do you make of it?
