One thing to keep in mind is if this was the PM's program then for sure he would have indicated who the new sub was in each of those games. This could be a spouse or child of a fan who was there for the games and was asked to keep score. They used a straight edge for the lines and their handwriting is really neat. They weren't really into the games so this is how they passed the time. And the bettor fan they were with didn't do WPS betting so they didn't record those. Then the bettor has a program to review for future bets. Something like that.
