Well, the current license holder (Florida Gaming) isn't doing it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting they be elevated to brainiac level, quite yet. But, they haven't moved on it, or sold the license (can you do that?).

Class II machines, statewide at pari-mutuels, would probably get them back.
