How about either San Diego or Los Angeles. There are many jai-alai fans in southern California who went to Fronton Palacio in Tijuana, Mexico. Of course you would have to get parimutual betting on jai-alai legalized in California, but since the Indian Casinos are not giving the state any money from their operations maybe this time (it was defeated twice or three times in the past I believe) it could be done.
