#70 - How many singles games are won by runouts?

If the server has an advantage in singles (conventional wisdom, again), this should significantly increase the liklihood of a runout. Which leads me to ask:

What portion of singles games do you think are won as runouts?
Which Trifecta combos are boosted by the runout potential?
How could you verify this, using only the published entries and results?

Do you vary your betting as a result?
