#32 - Do Florida's no-smoking laws reduce the handle?

This came up at the Mohegan conclave, and I though maybe we could go a round or two.

Are most of the gamblers smokers, and do they stay away? The provisions the frontons make for smokers aren't very inviting.

A before/after graph would be interesting, but I don't think I have enough data.
