OK, we know Milford's not going to reopen, but ...
... there's still all this talk of pent up demand. People bemoan
its demise. CAJA seems to be getting good support.
For now, let's not worry about whether any enterprise could/should
make it happen, but, if they built it, would they come?
Or, would we just get a handful of diehards at each performance,
which is why it closed in the first place?
