With the smaller pools, these Exacta double consolations have become more frequent. I think it's really stupid, though.

For Quinielas, of course, but for all the others it should be top-down.

Daily double? Should be (and used to be) the same way - more like a 2-game parlay. Now, for all intents and purposes, it's a Pick-2.
