If nobody has a win ticket then the place team cashes out for the win pool also. In example a 6-1 exacta. nobody has 6 to win so who ever had the 1 to place also cashes as if 1 had won the game. Makes no sense to me. Why not refund the pool? If noone has a winning show position they refund the pool..
