The refs need to blow the whistle a lot more for holding on Goico. It's difficult to beat him in singles because he is allowed to hold the ball. You can serve him deep in the corner but he is allowed to take three steps out and away from the side wall, then throw. He is allowed to turn a defensive catch into an offensive throw, instead of having to throw from the position he has been put in. Tough to watch this be allowed performance after performance
