To put Big Bend back into shape 2 million is a way to conservative number. The building has been sitting too long just vacant. Im sure the roof leaks and with that comes a mold problem. Just to get rid of the mold is probabaly close to one million. Then all the a/c work and the plumbing. I think the best way to appraoch opening Big Bend would be level the place, maybe all except the court, and build a whole new fronton. I am no expert but you just cant let a building sit for many years doing no mantainance whatsoever then expect not to have many problems trying to get it back into shape. It would take a miracle to open big bend, like if I hit the lottery or something.
