We all know (or should, anyway) that the receiving team (doubles) has an incremental advantage over the serving team, all other things being equal. Just think for a moment that the receiving team can't over/underserve - there are other factors, too. That's why the historical analysis of Post 1 and Post 2 teams is such fertile ground for statisticians.
But the relative advantage must vary from team to team - some better or worse suited to taking advantage of those factors.
