We have a problem, Houston - pari-mutuel jai-alai is not legal
in Texas.
Now, the head honcho is all optimistic - website, souvenirs, building
plans, but does that matter?
If you build it, will they come? Can we tear the Texans away from
their football long enough to attend a performance? Will the Legislature
play ball?
Gonna happen? ... or silly pipe dream?
