My thinking is that many fans follow Orlando/--Ocala/Gainesville/--Fort
Pierce and would support the simulcast. As for the cost this was
once discussed on this forum and Tim from online racing posted
what was involved, I did make some notes but where they are now, who knows.
If it wasn't for simulcasting Miami & Dania couldn't exist. I
believe it now surpasses the in house handle.
Why couldn't each fronton share in the costs and take bets on
each others meet.
It would seem like that with horses eventually coming to Hamilton
they will be sending out that signal. That means they would have
the equipment available.
If simulcasting did work for Hamilton,the pools would be decent, that
alone would HELP the fans to come back to the fronton. Also the
win-place-show should be put back in, even though it isn't much
it costd nothing extra and some people like it, especially the
college kids and beginners that don't understand gimmick wagering, are familiar with W-P-S..
