Problems with the glass 1/2 full....

The simulcasts in South Florida are hubbed and shared, making them affordable. There is no way to do that in the North. The effort to simulcast is VERY EXPENSIVE, and who, just who is going to buy the signal? Tampa Dogs and Derby won't even put multiple Jai-Alai's on the same simul-card. Ebro has no use for it, Connecticut...? I believe they have enough product and revenue to not possess the need to pay more money to aquire a signal that has no history, and is a big risk. On the flip side, 4 and 12 cent dollars are all this effort is going to pull...and those are far from guaranteed...making this a risk they need not take. If you look at it from a hungry fans eyes, sure spend, good luck. Let's just face it...when there were 4 signals before it was too much, and now three is too much, UNLESS, as I said before they go off the deep end and make revolutionary progress in the way the event is displayed....HIDEF, REPLAYS, etc. etc. etc. I hope this helps to clarify my point. One last point, Hamilton, at best would handle $15,000 or so a performance. Dania / Miami even though horrible, is still in the $40K range...this 25 cent dollars are what allow them to have the signal to mix in the 4 and 12 centers, not the other way around.
