Re(1): #87 - Are the two best teams automatically a good Q-bet?

from what i observe, my two top choices almost never come out as the Quiniela. Its usual that one does something and the other doesnt. what average pay-off can one assume from a 1-2 Q that has the two top teams in it? Can the low average pay-off justify the bet even if the frequency is higher than normal?
