This a reissue of Question #1, which was lost in a server crash
18 months ago. I'd like to replace what we lost.
First of all, you have to be lucky enough to see one, they're
pretty rare - sometimes the final game of a special tournament.
In the USA, anyway, it's most likely a single point game to 10
or 15.
Win bets only, so, with the take, both go off at 4-5 or so - no
huge money-makers here. So, what would (do) you do?
Throw a bundle on your favorite?
Try to find the one with slightly longer odds?
Seriously handicap the game, figuring point-by-point scenarios?
Just watch and enjoy?
