Fronts. If you check championship singles at most frontons, I believe there was always more frontcourters than backcourters in the game. As a matter of fact, in Hartford's program dated Oct. 4, 1985, only Lasa and Gerny were in championship singles. As I recall from the mid to late 80's, those were the only two backs who were regulars in late game singles.
