I actually agree with Bada and Jim on this. More will come out of the woodwork too. 50 cent trifectas make cheap-ass bettors (like me!) enter the trifecta pools at 6-12 dollars rather than 12-24 dollars. That makes more numbers available for me to steal my share of the pot that I normally wouldn't be a part of with higher base bets. I will now use some cheaper trifecta saver bets more often if I happen to think another team has a chance or if another number is due (yup I said due!).
