Craig - what I think I was saying was that I'm only going to spend a few dollars more on trifectas but I'm going to have a lot more combos now included where I will win. This is the dilution factor. My additional funds in the pool will not affect increasing payouts and will only harm them on my better chance of hitting it. Right? I (really we) only spend about 12-18 dollars per game on trifectas. That may only go up to maybe 20 but we will have up to 24 more combos to win with. I understand that there's a better chance of my ticket losing than winning but that additional small amount of money added can really only hurt in the end.
