Any answer other than as soon as it leaves the cesta is incorrect. And as Mark K says most likely on the reverse or on a remate. Answering that the ball goes faster once it hits the wall or floor is like that ridiculous arguement that people say they have seen the ball go from front wall to back wall to frontwall with out hitting the floor.
