I'd say results are similar for A & B, depending on how he performs in double point round vs. single. Some guys can run 4 straight points in the single round and then not score the next two times on the court. That gives him 66.67% points won but no wins. But if A & B's %'s are the same in double and single point rounds or ultimately average out to be the same, then I'd say their win results will be more or less the same - the mean is always 52.5%.
