Remembering 'old' betting choices at Jai Alai

What was your favorite old betting choice that is not available anymore?

1) Betting on the TOTAL points scored in the game. (Dania tried this for a few years, I kind of liked it a little)

2) Rebet (game stopped after first team scored 3 points. (hated this choice)

3) Big 'Q:' (double quinella betting for 2 consective games)- Loved this

4) PICK 6- doesn't work with small pools and had to go!

any others i missed that are dead and gone?
