Then how were they able to do it at Belmont? The only reason the got caught at Belmont is because they had the only winning ticket, they had the first 4 winners then an All/All for the last two races. It was an unbelievable ticket. If there had been multiple winners they would of never got caught and still would be doing it today. Stop being so naive, there are ways around everything.
