What is so mysterious about this is that there are so many examples
of low prices, NOT just a few isolated occurences. I could go
back through the last month at Dania and find another 3 or 4 examples
per performance.
I think most of the people who post on this site have a good understanding
of how pari-mutuel wagering works, but when you see so many instances
of surprisingly low payoffs over a short period of time it does
seem questionable.
