I never saw anything like that. I did see where several times in singles the player was scratched after the first serve because no one realized he had not made it into the fronton yet. It happened to me twice I'm ashamed too say...once I was allowed to play starting my 2nd game of the night...the other time the players manager scratched me for the performance.

You got a hefty fine to go with it too.
