OK, to win at a parimutuel game you have to understand it better than the competition. You must take advantage of "their" errors. And the errors are most likely to increase in frequency as the betting type becomes more complex and/or demanding. So, yes, in most games, the tri pool would be at the top of your betting opportunities.

However, with the high takeouts, there DO NOT have to be overlays. We could conceivably reach a state where every combo is bet to within 15 to 20% of it's correct value.

After all, the Miami website states that:

BECAUSE SO MANY OF OUR FANS IMPORT OUR STATS INTO THEIR SYSTEMS, WE WILL BE KEEPING BOTH FILE TYPES AVAILABLE

What I'm saying here is that a dozen or so Tiger clones could put the original Tiger out of business. It IS possible.
