JAXSON's ICE CREAM!!!!!!! The BEST! Great hamburgers too. However
plan on standing inline outside for at least 45-55 mins to get
in at ANY time you go. Only a few blocks from Dania Jai Alai too.
My personal choice would be a spanish type restaurant with 'tapas',
spanish omelets with chorizo and nice meat and seafood dishes,
but if the goal is to attract customers, just put something like
a cheesecake factory, however, if they put it in the casino area
like they did in Miami, no one under 21 can go in, might as well
be hooters or something like Bahama Breeze
