#492 - As PM, does Benny teach/allow outside serves in Singles?

Interesting question, he used to have a great one, but it was frowned upon at the time. Contrary to public opinion, it was returnable. All the receiver had to do was stand on top of the player cage.

Now, the shoe's on the other foot. What's the deal now?

(Note: the outside serve was discussed at some length here in 2005. I'm going to review it again as a possible HOF candidate.)
