We've kidded about this a lot, but what would YOU really
do? We're assuming you're not an experienced investor/developer.
Perhaps you've got $20 Million standing 'idly' by - guess you're
gonna need some more investors. Where/how will you get them? And,
Where will you put it? Tampa, perhaps?
Build or buy?
Who would be your Project Manager, or will it be you?
Who would you hire as GM? Player Manager?
What kind of season and roster do you envision?
What would be the total investment up to Opening Day?
If/when you pull it off and reach steady state, what do you think
your pro forma Income Statement would look like?
Seriously would you do it?
