Besides the technical aspects, what I remember is that on Dania's
website they claimed that it "promises to revolutionize the
parimutuel industry".
I found that completely out of touch optimism to be amazing. Because
realistically, it was just another well-intentioned idea that
could never make much difference, even WITHOUT its fatal flaws.
