Personally, I would think not but for every no, there may be more than one yes. Post position, in my opinion is one of the most important things to break down in handicapping jai-alai - the others I look at are the obvious skill (or lack thereof) of the players involved and the result of the first game. In the format (spectacular seven/nine pts.) - and 12-13 games a day - the outcome of the first game can give you a clue as to what you might see in a given game later in a performance. I'll stop here before the mud starts coming this way.
