And, of course, you can attend live in Florida.
But, what about simulcast and 'off-track betting' possibilities? As far as I know, that can only be done in Florida, Connecticut and Rhode Island, severely limiting the appeal/availability of 'mega' trick bets like the Rainbow Pick-6.
