First, there is no Melbourne jai alai permit. That was converted to a dog track. Big Bend is currently a dormant dog track permit and would need to be converted back to jai alai (which there is a provision in current law to do!) Tampa is up to Florida Gaming and the area pari-mutuels to allow back into operation, somewhere. Like Tampa, Palm Beach permit exists, but has no physical location (site was sold), it is owned by Palm Beach kennel which had legislation to change it to a dog track permit, but hasn't done it.
