Dania needs to clarify the ENTIRE concept and rules first. If they are going to have all these "formalities", such as you must have purchased your ticket AT DANIA to be eligible for the jackpot when it is under $5,000, then that needs to be stated. Otherwise, they will piss off a slew of off site wagerers.
This whole "cap" thing is still. I say, start it at $500, and pay it out every other Saturday night. That way, the big money spenders are out of the loop, and the payoff pool every other Saturday will be VERY nice, but not so much that someone can cover the bet...would be impossible. Jai alai wagers such as this, need to take in special consideration, given the smaller pools.
