For me, I never think I can't be beat. How many times has the
best team had game point, only to overserve, underserve, or the
backcourt opponent (who is a weak player) takes the serve, left
side, and it shanks out to the right, over the frontcourter, lands
in play, and hits the pad for total luck shot winner.
There have been times I've done really, really well, but I never
think of it as getting hot. Luck is impossible to call, and anyone
who tells you they are always lucky or always make money at jai
alai, or any parimutuel, is a liar.
