That law just doesnt seem right. Anyone can document whatever they want in any journal and swear to it, who is to prove them wrong? I cant believe they would accept that over something tangible like same dated tickets and programs. Any IRS invetsigater worth a hoot should be able to see some sort of betting pattern with your saved tickets and not just a bunch of mish-mosh off the floor. Much to my financial detriment I almost always play tri and supers, all my signers have been for supers, all my saved loosing tickets are tris and supers, it just wouldnt look right if I was to present place and show tickets as loosing saved tickets in the event of an audit.
