If the state caps this type of wager at $4,000.00 it's a shame.If
they want to cap something let them cap the State Lottery.
$4,000.00 will not entice new fans into the game,I still say they
need the opportunity to win some real money.
Bottom line: The pick 4 is a good idea,unfortunately the rules & cap ruin it.
