Ok, I have to agree with Tiger on the 15 figure.
I cannot find any cases of more than 15 PGP's, even when I put
in a simulator patch to look for them.
However...
Tiger say, "It takes 30 points to finish

Sorry, Tiger, "some other time" is now.
As I see it, it is a fairly straightforward matter to show that
30 points is the Spec 7 max.
You don't need a rotation board, a computer, a calculator, or
even paper and pencil.
In fact, it's so easy, Even a caveman could
do it.
