Eliminate one team completely, and there are only 210 (i.e., 7x6x5)
tri combos left. For each post (1 thru 8) eliminate that team,
then check the 10 most likely trifectas that are left. Do you
see any pattern?
Now, try it again, assuming you can eliminate two teams.
Only 120 tri combos left, but there's more compute work here,
because there are 28 combos of two posts that could be eliminated.
