#139 - Can you overcome the 'Goikostorza Factor'?

There they are in Post #2, and everybody and his brother can see
it. They've got at least a 25% chance of winning the game, and
the tris will pay poorly. What do you do (skipping the game is
not allowed)?
- Go ahead and bet the 'good number' tris anyway? At least
you'll have the best chance of cashing a ticket, albeit a low-$
one. Plus, given their actual probability of winning, they may
even beat the odds.
- Leave them off the top spot on your tris? After all, 75 percent
of the time they WON'T win.
- Leave them out of your tris completely, figuring on
a lucky break and a good payoff?
- Figure someone to bump them in the first round, but expect
them to roll the 2nd time up? Carefully handicap each point to
find likely outcomes after a loss somewhere in Round 1. Cover
those combos.
